New media isn't really so new anymore. It's very much mainstream and accounts for more and more of what we do at foreign voices.
And whilst it touches on broadcast (television clips for mobile phones and broadband content for download or online viewing) or corporate work (interactive DVDs) or even advertising (virals and promos), we think it deserves its own section to highlight the main areas where new media meets language reversioning
Computer games
Big casts requiring a wide age range of good actors, complex scripts and challenging job for the most capable language director. And that's just the pre-production that comes before each language version.
